At Yumama, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once items have been shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled.
Non-Refundable Policy
  • All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or restock perishable goods.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@yumama.co with:
  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will issue either:
  • A replacement product at no cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by carriers, but we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues.
California Residents
California law requires us to clearly post our return/refund policy. This policy serves as notice that our products are non-refundable, except when defective, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival.
